Conduct platform instruction as the primary instructor and as alternate / assistant instructor of the lesson plans supporting the ASOTMC POI.
Serve as an instructor and faculty advisor to senior Special Forces NCOs, warrant officers and officers attending the Managers Course.
- Research, develop and write doctrine.
- Present instruction to support Special Forces missions.
- Conduct coordination and brief both military and civilian officials.
- Prepare, coordinate, execute and supervise associated training exercises throughout CONUS in both urban and rural environments.
- Responsible for safeguarding all Government property and classified documents provided for use. At the close of each work period, shall secure Government equipment and classified materials entrusted to you, and act appropriately to preserve and prevent damage or loss to equipment and materials when necessary.
- Travel to CONUS locations in support of MTTs as required by the company and / or the customer.
- Other duties as requested directed or assigned.

Must be familiar with the training and governing policies and procedures as they pertain to ASO programs within the U.
S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
- Must be cognizant of the most recent regulations and doctrine governing ASO Management.
- Must maintain a high degree of physical fitness allowing you to competently handle the physical demands of this position, which include working in extreme environmental conditions such as extreme environmental conditions such as heat and cold, being able to move 6 miles a day in rough terrain and working non-standard hours.
- Must hold and maintain a Top Secret level security clearance (SCI capable).
- Must be able to read, write and understand English, and shall speak clearly to instruct, evaluate and counsel trainees in the subtle and difficult concepts of the subject matter.
- Must have knowledge of and skill in the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) approved Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
- Must be a Graduate of the Armed Forces Experimental Training Activity (AFETA) in Williamsburg, VA.
- Completed or able to successfully complete a recognized DoD Instructor Training Course (ITC).
