Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute innovative patient marketing strategies aligned with our brand's vision and objectives.
Gain a deep understanding of patient segments, their needs, and preferred communication channels.
Digital Engagement : Utilize cutting-edge digital marketing techniques and best practices to create and implement promotional media and social media strategies.
Harness the power of digital capabilities to enhance patient engagement and identify future marketing opportunities.
- Brand Ambassador Program : Lead our Brand Ambassador Program, collaborating directly with patients to share their unique stories across various channels, creating authentic connections with our audience.
- Data-Driven Optimization : Measure and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels for maximum effectiveness, leveraging data and analytics to drive decisions.
- Agency Management : Effectively manage our Consumer Agency of Record and Media Agency relationships, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Market Insights : Identify strategic market opportunities and make data-backed recommendations to enhance brand penetration and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including sales & marketing, market access, patient support, market research, medical affairs, commercial operations, data & analytics, finance, and more to achieve collective success.
- Project Management : Manage timelines and ensure key deliverables meet deadlines and business objectives.
- Budgeting : Actively contribute to the development of the annual brand plan and budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- BA / BS Degree Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Consumer / Patient Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharma Marketing
