Responsibilities :
- Experience : 8-10 years as a Technical Writer, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Documentation : Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
- Technical Writing : Write and edit technical documentation for all project hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and how-to documentation.
- Code Documentation : Create code documentation for software; produce implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities.
- Information Architecture : Create and maintain the information architecture.
- Collaboration : Work with technical and non-technical staff to collect and interpret technical information.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry and company documentation standards, including SAE Aerospace Standards, AIAA Standards, and technical publication standards from the FAA and ICAO.
- Visual Aids : Create visual aids like diagrams, charts, and graphs to explain complex technical information.
- Terminology Library : Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
- Content Analysis : Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style and content.
- Updates and Revisions : Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.
