Position Summary :
The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) welcomes applications for multiple Assistant Professor of Teaching positions in Computer Science and Engineering.
This position is expected to teach all core computer science and engineering courses and should be able to teach courses in one or more areas, including cloud / edge computing, software engineering, and cybersecurity.
The FAU College of Engineering and Computer Science (COECS) is committed to building a welcoming and inclusive educational environment.
We are seeking faculty who can contribute to academic excellence through their teaching, student engagement, and service.
Minimum Qualifications :
Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Applicants should demonstrate the potential to establish a high-quality extramurally funded research program, excel at teaching and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, and work collaboratively within the college and across the university.
