Dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. From the moment our guests walk into the site, you will deliver a warm welcome and a friendly and professional first impression.

A champion of providing those moments of surprise and delight for our customers. Whether it is a welcome gift or a particular table for dinner at a special occasion, you will help make the guest experience truly special.

Organised with meticulous attention to detail. You will know who is checking in, who is eating when and what table they are at.

You will provide seamless, faultless hospitality at its very best!

People focused . An obvious one but we are looking for someone who is able to connect with people at all levels and establish rapport, anticipate their needs and always be putting a smile on people's faces.

Passionate. About food, about drink, people, providing a great experience, you will be at the forefront of our guests experience.

You will know the menu like the back of your hand, know our rooms and the unique selling points of each and be able to recommend that perfect bottle of wine to pair with a food choice.
