We seek a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. This role involves various cybersecurity responsibilities, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' systems and networks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, be detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
This is an immediate need position, with the potential for onsite visits to client locations in Atlanta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities : Complete Security Questions : Address and respond to security-related questions and concerns from clients and stakeholders.
Review and Maintain Firewall Rules : Regularly review and update firewall rules to ensure optimal protection against unauthorized access and threats.
Conduct Penetration Testing : Perform thorough penetration testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities within clients' systems.
Conduct Vulnerability Scanning : Execute vulnerability scans to detect, assess, and address potential security weaknesses.
Requirements : Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on firewall management, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
