Position Summary

• Sanitation - Perform sanitation and cleaning duties according to schedule and standards, ensuring a sanitary environment is achieved at all times.
• Safety - Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions, follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Punctuality - Consistent attendance and timely completion of assigned sanitation areas according to schedule.
• Customer and Resident Experience - Positively represent HCSG by following instructions, being courteous, and maintaining positive interactions with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks daily.
• Demonstrate leadership skills to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift / carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously.
• Must live in the service area.
