Raytheon is seeking a strong candidate to join the Non-Products Facility commodities sourcing and procurement team as a Commodity Management & Sourcing professional.

This position will manage medium and high complexity non-product sourcing and procurements. The procurement professional will operate as the focal point interface to handle communications between RTX Sourcing, Raytheon Programs and suppliers.

What You Will Do :

  • Lead sourcing and procure team, manage supplier interaction and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and RTX supply chain to manage a variety of sourcing and procurement activities and develop and implement a robust SBU strategy to increase spend penetration with Facilities suppliers and help drive cost savings.
  • Select qualified suppliers and seek alternate suppliers (when applicable).
  • Develop and Manage sourcing strategy and procurement.
  • Manage team to develop commodity strategy, prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives, prime contract flow downs and company work instructions.

Post-award management of POs to be handled in accordance with company directives and work instructions.

  • Manage Suppliers to meet Program and factory requirements with the desired quality and delivery.
  • Prepare and execute various types of agreements, such as : PIAs, Long Term Agreements, Bailment, etc.
  • Collaborate with RTX Corporate Supply Chain and Collins SBU peers to develop and execute world class strategic sourcing and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Minimal travel.

Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience with DoD procurement / subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR / DFAR), and ITAR and import / export requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer :

  • Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow down requirements, as well as standard Terms and Conditions)
  • Knowledge and experience of strategic sourcing
  • Experience with sourcing and supplier management in non-product commodities especially Facility and other non-products commodity areas
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite of Products
  • Prior experience with multiple subcontract types including but not limited to Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF)
  • Strong procurement experience and understanding of US government compliance requirements.
  • Experience with proposals from prospective suppliers and analyze cost / price, technical capability, and financial viability, conducting investigations to ensure ability to perform within cost and schedule
  • Non-product experience

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
