Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of clients' billing processes, including coding, compliance, and receivablesProvide guidance and training to the RCM team while monitoring trends for process improvementAnalyze data for reimbursement trends and manage denial processes to enhance client revenue performanceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job experienceMedical billing and coding education and / or experience requiredProficiency in medical software, Outlook, and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of physician practice processesExperience in OB / GYN, Plastic, Orthopedic, or Dermatology billing is a plus
