POSITION DESCRIPTION DBL Law is seeking an entry-level Commercial Lending Paralegal. The person in this position will provide paralegal support for the commercial lending group.

This position offers a competitive salary, good benefits, and pleasant working conditions JOB DUTIES Assist with the completion of commercial lending transactions by assembling and reviewing closing documents and completing and monitoring post-closing tasks .

Assist with the preparation and review of loan and title documents, checking for completeness and accuracy , and obtaining signatures.

Assist with the preparation , coordination or review of due diligence for commercial lending transactions. Assist with preparation and monitoring of transaction checklists.

Respond to inquiries from all persons involved in a commercial lending transaction in a timely and professional manner including lenders, borrower parties, and title companies .

Record important dates and maintain files. Coordinate closings with all parties. Invoicing and follow up. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years of experience in a law firm. Knowledge of commercial lending matters . Excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Strong critical thinking skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with short deadlines. Willingness to work on a team in a dynamic environment.
