Summary
We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at an exceptional health care system. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for general maintenance repairs, working independently, and assisting other maintenance personnel as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured
- At least five years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electronics, electrical, utilities, or mechanical work
Physical Environment
You will work in building and grounds, and may be exposed to various hazards and high noise level work conditions. The role may also involve exposure to hazardous chemicals, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs without assistance.
Performance Standards
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Assist other maintenance technicians as needed
- Complete assignments in a timely manner
- Adapt to new responsibilities required by growth of the organization
