Role Overview : As a Growth Advisor / Success Coach, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team members are not only hitting their goals but are also mentally fit to rule the jungle.
Your primary responsibility will be to check in on team members regularly, provide guidance, and implement strategies to keep the team motivated and on track.

Responsibilities :
- Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
- Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
- Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
- Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
Key Responsibilities :
- Regularly check in with team members to track progress and provide support.
- Develop and implement strategies to help team members achieve their goals.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment to enhance team morale.
- Provide mental wellness support to ensure team members are mentally fit and ready to tackle challenges.
- Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and coaching meetings.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
- Proven experience in a coaching, advisory, or mentoring role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their best.
- Strong understanding of goal-setting and performance tracking.
- Passion for personal and professional development.
- Background in real estate or sales is a plus, but not required.
