We are looking for someone with an interest in developing a range of diagnostic and repair skills for RV systems, generators and coach body repairs.
Someone who likes to avoid drama and who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal.
A successful Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs.
Appreciation of skillful sarcasm is helpful.
Technician Qualifications :
- Mechanical, electrical and electronics aptitude; troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Good communication, organizational skills, and learning skills
- Desire to upgrade and learn new skills and technology advances
- The ability to work either independently or as part of a team
- High level of energy and excellent work ethic
Essential Job Functions :
- Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
- Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- Show up to work when scheduled
- Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
- Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
