Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and business needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Address vulnerabilities and apply security patches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Provide training to team members on new technologies and tools.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues for clients.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Understanding of fundamental algorithms and data structures.
• Knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns.
• Proficiency in working with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of database design and optimization.
• Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members.
