Hourly Wage : $22.00 to $23.00 depending on experience

Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Location : Hybrid, 2 to 3 days on-site

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable & Billing Associate ? You’ll be :

• Clearing AP invoices from error corrections within the AP module.
• Working with CBS and external suppliers on AP invoice issue resolution.
• Resolving complex invoice payment issues and providing client support regarding special payment situations.
• Providing administrative support for Ariba activity - Indirect purchase orders & invoice reconciliation.
• Supporting account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation, and data entry.
• Assisting with the month-end close process.
• Performing basic analysis of accounting and finance information.
• Preparing basic journal entries.
• Conducting monthly and annual account reconciliations.
• Assisting with the preparation of tables, charts, and other exhibits for reports.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have an Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• Have 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Billing or a related field.
• Have experience working in Accounting in a Manufacturing field (a plus).
• Are detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills.
• Have the ability to work under moderate supervision.
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
