A prestigious law firm is seeking a Patent Agent with over 5 years of patent prosecution experience to support activities in prosecution, IP diligence, IP-transfer commercial transactions, and strategic IP business counseling.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology.

Duties
- Assist in patent prosecution and provide IP diligence support.
- Engage in IP-transfer commercial transactions and offer strategic business counseling.
- Collaborate with clients on biotechnology-related intellectual property matters.
- Conduct thorough analysis of patents and related documentation.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the patent process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of patent prosecution experience.
- Preferred areas of study include molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or genetics.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent references.
- Admission to the patent bar is mandatory.
- An entrepreneurial spirit is highly preferred.
Education
Advanced degree in a relevant biological science.
Certifications
Must be admitted to the patent bar.
Skills
