SSM Health is actively recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Fenton, MO.
Key responsibilities include :
- Conducting comprehensive health assessments and physical exams
- Developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM four days and 8AM-12PM one day, with a 1 : 7 call schedule.
Minimum qualifications :
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in Missouri
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
