iQ 360 is looking for a video content creator and social media manager to join our team in Honolulu. We are a growing consultancy headquartered in Hawaii with teams in San Francisco, New York and Washington DC.

Qualifications
Experience : 6+ years of experience in video production / editing, digital content creation and social media strategy and execution at a creative / communications agency or equivalent in-house environment
Education : Bachelors degree in digital media, marketing or related field
Required skills :
- Expertise in video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
- Adept in capturing video footage and proficient in lighting, sound and composition
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite and / or Canva)
Location and Travel :
- Must reside on Oahu and have reliable local transportation
- May be requested to travel interisland and out-of-state for client meetings, events and content creation
Adaptability : Ability to adapt strategy and deliverables to suit different audiences, project scopes, and delivery formats
Collaboration Skills : Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketers, writers, developers, and project managers
Time Management : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail, from initial project concept to final execution, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Continuous Learning : Commitment to staying updated on social media trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to enhance skills and deliver innovative solutions
Responsibilities
Video production and editing :
- Conceptualize, plan, shoot and edit video content for social media, websites and other digital platforms
- Create a variety of video formats including promotional videos, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, etc., ensuring alignment with the brands tone, style and guidelines
- Manage video projects from conception to final delivery, including storyboarding, scripting and post-production
Social media strategy and execution :
- Work with account teams to develop and implement comprehensive organic and paid social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and follower growth
- Create, schedule and publish content across various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytic tools; provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Engage with the online community, actively monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages (confer with account teams for responses as needed)
- Stay up to date on trending memes, music, algorithm strategies, etc. and apply to accounts where appropriate
- Manage relationships with influencers and facilitate partnerships
