Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Comcast Business Financial Analyst to oversee the forecasting, budgeting, and management of expenses, full-time equivalents (FTEs), and capacity within our Care organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Comcast Business Care financial forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy in expense management, FTE allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives and align on business needs.
  • Independently identify and solve complex problems, utilizing available resources effectively. Clearly communicate solutions in a concise and accurate manner.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze data and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and validity of financial information, maintaining high standards of integrity in reporting.
  • Understand dependencies within financial processes, implement necessary procedures, and track financial performance and changes over time.
  • Provides analysis and evaluation of cost / expense problems and profit improvement opportunities existing within current business activities.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree. While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
