Position Overview :
As a Manager, Finance Marketing at , you will play a key role in bridging the worlds of finance and marketing, driving strategic initiatives to optimize marketing investments and maximize ROI.
Your expertise in financial analysis and marketing attribution will be essential in informing decision-making and shaping our marketing strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights into ROI and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Finance teams to develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for marketing spend and revenue impact.
- Lead marketing attribution efforts to determine the contribution of different channels and campaigns to overall revenue generation.
- Develop and implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing activities on key financial metrics.
- Drive cross-functional partnerships with Marketing and Product teams to align on business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools, with experience in SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both finance and marketing stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a finance-focused marketing role, preferably B2C or two sided market place company
- Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A / B testing methodologies and experiment design.
