Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technology Asset Manager with a strong background in teamwork and leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing processes, reporting, workflows, and automations for our Hardware and Software Asset Management Programs using ServiceNow.

As the owner of the asset management program at Blackstone, you will build and manage the program across our global technology teams.

In this role, you will collaborate with a group of talented stakeholders in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment to support the implementation of processes, workflows, and technology solutions for Blackstone.

You will be expected to provide strategic direction, build consensus, create timelines, and hold team members accountable for delivery goals.

Additionally, you will develop and review requirements for hardware and software asset management, implement technology solutions to facilitate processes and workflows, and ensure a smooth rollout of new and enhanced functionalities.

This includes arranging and providing training, developing documentation, and reporting to monitor process compliance.

Key responsibilities :

Collaborating with a hardware asset management team and software product owners to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing all IT assets (software / hardware) within the firm.

This strategy aims to :

Conduct a complete audit of all assets throughout their lifecycle.

Enable teams to analyze inventories of both hardware and software assets to forecast equipment and license growth.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.

Monitor materials, workforce, tools, equipment, and supplies.

Provide reporting on finance and forecasting budgets.

Mitigate financial and security risks, reduce theft and loss, install updates, and ensure appropriate asset usage.

Working with asset management systems and tracking technologies :

Iterating on designs based on user feedback, research, and technology.

Partner closely with Enterprise Architect to identify and document technical requirements.

Conduct periodic site visits to ensure optimal process efficiency.

Qualifications :

Experience with ServiceNow is preferred

Demonstrated leadership experience as a team lead or similar role

Project management experience

A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude

A desire to be a part of and help grow a great team and organization.

The passion to learn, grow, and help us to improve our business.

Bachelor's degree or higher; in related technology field or comparable job experiences

Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Ability to work within complex systems and large data sets.

ITILv4 certification

Major in Computer Science, or other applicable technical degree.

Expected annual base salary range :

$110,000 - $225,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.

For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation : Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
