You'll be joining a cohort of talented students from a variety of schools across the U.S. We hire interns into the following positions : Process Engineering, R&D, Strategic Sourcing, Technical Sales, Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Information Technology, and more.

The projects we task our interns to lead are impactful and meaningful to our organization. You'll be supported by your Manager and Mentor to gain in-depth knowledge of the adhesive industry and collaborate with various departments and functions.

Internship Location : St. Paul, MN

Our Internship Experience includes :

• 12-week paid program beginning the end of May to mid-August to gain insight and knowledge in your field.

Position Overview :

The Marketing Intern will be part of our global Hygiene, Health and Consumable (HHC) Adhesives Product Management and Marketing (PM&M) team, located at the Willow Lake campus in Vadnais Heights.

The HHC PM&M team is responsible for market research and voice of customer, product line segmentation strategies, development of content for demand generation and customer e-learning, new product development and commercialization, brand management and strategy, live and virtual event management, and execution and measurement of marketing communication plans.

Primary Duties :

While working through the assigned projects, the intern will partner with marketers, sales professionals, and key business partners.

The intern will demonstrate project management skills, learn how different functions collaborate to help drive growth opportunities in the market, develop relationships, think strategically and creatively, request and give feedback.

The types of projects the intern will be working on are as follows :

• Creation and updating of content pieces to support product launches, or customer e-learning (value proposition statements, sales sheets, sales presentations, blogs, videos, etc.).
• Managing delivery of content to sales teams and measure the impact.
• Lead project to establish internal content management processes.

Required Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Must be detail-oriented, and able to be a self-starter in order to complete projects.
• Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Physical Environment :

• Office environment or possibility to work remotely.
• Must be comfortable doing video calls (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour based on major.
