Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, coordinates with vendors, and contributes to system testing. Maintains system database, specific files, and documentation while upholding confidentiality and corporate compliance.
Demonstrates independent judgment, adheres to hospital policies, and promotes positive guest relations through courteous and attentive behavior.
Participates in education programs and displays professionalism in appearance and conduct. Top of Form Qualifications : One (1) year of experience, SMS preferred Knowledge of system architecture May be on call 24 hours
