Opportunity :
Asan Agent you will serve as a key contact and liaison for clients toensure they receive the financial education and support needed toreach their goals.
As all training is provided by our expertleadership no prior financial industry experience is required. Wefavor those who have demonstrated experience in serving others aseducators military personnel or public servants and are willing togrow their skillset.
A strong entrepreneurial orleadership focus is a plus as we do not believe in micromanagementand empower our agents to take initiative.
You will engage withclients providing financial education and support needed in atimely professional and courteous manner.
Agents provide financialknowledge education and strategies for business matters insuranceprotection retirement savings and estate planning to help clientsand business owners tailormake their idealfutures.

While theres no base pay your earningswill be directly tied to your performance and effort. Compensationand advancement opportunities are tailored to your career goals.

Responsibilities :
- Assistand educate clients with both consumer and small business solutionsand strategies while helping them navigate their uniquelife.
- Become licensed through yourstate to discuss and provide our products to clients in a compliantmanner
- Leverage available resourcestechnologies and processes to optimize the client experience anddeliver operational excellence andaccuracy
- Adhere to establishedprocesses laws and guidelines in performing daytoday activitiessuch as submitting policies and accountmaintenance
- Manage clientinteractions by taking the best course of action for them at alltimes while abiding by all regulatoryrequirements
Musthave :
- Ambition& drive to make a positive impact in thecommunity
- Customer service and / or managementexperience
- Ability to pass a backgroundcheck
- Ability to pass a state licensing exammuch like a real estate agentexam
- Age 18 or older and U.S.citizenship
