this position is on site in Mckinney Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Perform data entry and assist with cost and variance analysis.
- Manage workflow and initiate follow-ups as needed.
- Organize and distribute incoming materials.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience :
- Strong verbal and written communication, with a professional demeanor.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) and PowerPoint (creating charts, animations, and embedding content).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting and construction is a plus.
