CRM Programming Specialist

Reporting into the Manager of Marketing Solutions, your role will be integral to introducing customers to Xplor Growth (formerly Brandbot) and future products in the Growth and Operations suites.

You will work closely with small, single-location businesses to some of the largest fitness brands globally.

You'll be one of the first point of contact for existing customers who are looking to evolve their automations, understanding their operations and strategic needs, and ensuring their success in their ongoing CRM evolution.

You’ll also be responsible for configuring automations, building assets, and meeting and managing delivery timelines.

The Marketing Solutions team collaborates across multiple divisions Customer Success, Strategy, Onboarding, and Support making teamwork a key part of this role.

Some of the other responsibilities include :

• Deliver top-tier services in the boutique fitness industry to drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention.
• Support the development of a high-touch product by automating marketing consulting at scale.
• Efficiently implement services with accountability and a customer-first mindset.
• Follow clear delivery procedures for Xplor customers.
• Combine SaaS expertise with consulting knowledge to address client needs.
• Ensure consistent, efficient work while maintaining high-quality customer service in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Program automated email campaigns, including setting up merge tags and creating campaign segments.
• Draft email copy for automated campaigns aimed at achieving specific customer goals.
• Create brand-specific landing pages and forms.

Required qualifications for this role :

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation.
• 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry (or related).
• 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Professional Services, or a related function.
• Experience with marketing automation strategy and execution.
• A passion for helping customers and a customer-first mindset.
• Extensive experience with service deliverables, ideally within Xplor Technologies or similar platforms.
• Expertise in implementing strategic visions and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client-facing abilities.
• High ethical standards, empathy, humility, and strong listening skills.
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness, and alignment with Xplor’s vision.
• A keen understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and tactics.
