Security Site Supervisors usually perform the following tasks under the direct supervision of their Operation's Manager.

Security Site Supervisors is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets at a designated site or location.

This role involves overseeing security operations, managing security personnel, implementing security protocols and procedures, and coordinating with management and director of operations.

Qualifications :

Resumes are required and prior security, hospitality, and residential services experience at a luxury condominium.

Minimum of one (1) year previous security site lead supervision or leadership experience required

Responsibilities :

Working Site Supervisor on shift

Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor

Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support

Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract

Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports

Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy

Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner

Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)

Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers / tablets etc.)

Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner

Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary

Qualifications :

Must be at least 21 years of age

Florida Security D licensing (Require)

Florida Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Require)

High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of one (1) year previous security site lead supervision or leadership experience required

Flexible / on- call schedule availability

Professional demeanor and appearance

Excellent computer skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Attentive to detail

Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

Preferably bilingual

Available Schedule and Location :

Boca Raton area

8 hours shifts - Afternoon shifts - Tuesday through Saturday 7am-3pm

Weekend and vacation availability is required
