Shift : Full-Time, 12-Hour Days (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM)
Shifts per Week : 3
Scheduled Hours : 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate : $32 - $53
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Temple, TX. This dynamic 38-bed telemetry-monitored unit offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients with complex neurological conditions.
As part of this team, you will practice within a collaborative, team-oriented model to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor telemetry and provide continuous neurological assessments.
Educate patients and families on their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.

Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current and valid RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or within 30 days of hire).
