Hourly Rate : $32 - $53
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ortho Trauma Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Temple, TX.
This 35-bed unit provides care to a diverse patient population, ranging from trauma patients with complex fractures to those undergoing elective joint replacements.
You will have the opportunity to manage and provide hands-on care to patients requiring telemetry, tracheotomy care, and much more.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the nursing team by assessing, planning, and delegating tasks for optimal patient care.
Provide bedside nursing care based on the patients specific needs.
Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient outcomes are met.
Participate in hourly rounding, maintain safety protocols, and ensure compliance with care standards.

Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
At least two (2) years of nursing experience, with experience in trauma, orthopedics, or progressive care preferred.
Current RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire).
