Role Description
We like to promote within the firm, so this position is filling in for someone who is being promoted. This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Injury Case Manager at Sorrels Law.
The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing personal injury cases, including communication with clients, gathering and organizing case information, coordinating with attorneys and other legal professionals, and assisting in case preparation.
The Case Manager will also be responsible for maintaining case files and documentation, scheduling appointments and providing support in client correspondence.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury law or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex information
- Proficiency in case management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills
