The International Management Team is a new management company looking to provide professional, high quality experiences that exceed guest’s expectations.
Located on the south end of Myrtle Beach, SC, we are looking for a full-time, in-person Resort Front Desk Receptionist.
You will assist guests by using your communication skills to handle high-pressure situations, while also overseeing general tasks and activities.
What you will do :
- Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage bookings and reservations
- Assign rooms, verify payment methods, and verify room statuses
- Handle guest questions and requests
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage documents and maintain confidentiality of guest and company information
- Daily reports for housekeeping and maintenance
- Lobby upkeep and cleaning
What we want you to bring :
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- A professional and positive attitude, especially in high-pressure situations
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to focus on tasks based on importance and urgency
- Experience using Google Workspace applications
- Knowledge using software like IQware.
And you must bring :
1+ years of experience in a resort, hotel, or similar receptionist role.
Pay : $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
Schedule : 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays are mandatory
Job Type : Full-Time, In-Person.
