We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in the industry located in Washington, District of Columbia.

This role will be conducted remotely, operating from a home office. The primary function of the job is to support the operations and human resources departments, with a focus on managing correspondence, organizing conference calls, and managing calendars.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and schedule meetings via Cisco Webex Meetings
  • Handle all forms of correspondence effectively and efficiently
  • Use Calendar Management to organize and maintain a comprehensive and accurate schedule
  • Process and manage customer data using CRM
  • Utilize Concur for travel and expense management
  • Manage timekeeping tasks using Kronos Timekeeping System and About Time
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries
  • Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.
  • Experience in using Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing and facilitating virtual meetings.
  • Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data.
  • Experience in using Kronos Timekeeping System for managing employee time and attendance.
  • Proficiency in About Time for mobile resource management.
  • Excellent calendar management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex executive meetings and events.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in coordinating conference calls and managing correspondence effectively.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
