Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager accountable for aligning and managing one or more large, complex programs consisting of multiple efforts.
The ideal candidate will drive identification and management of inter-dependencies across teams, ensuring clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Alignment : Make connections across teams to drive the identification and management of inter-dependencies.
- Objective Clarity : Drive for clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, and remove impediments.
- Visibility and Transparency : Provide visibility and transparency of work and plans to leadership.
- Data Utilization : Use data to make successes and challenges visible, and to drive insights and action plans to continually adjust and aggressively pursue program goals.
- Cross-functional Partnership : Partner with business functions and product management to define, determine, analyze, document, communicate, and execute on objectives for implementation, support, rollout, and adoption of products.

- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and understand dependencies.
- Experience in creating and maintaining project schedules.
- Strong skills in leading and facilitating meetings to reach consensus.
- Proficiency in risk and issue management.
Nice To Have :
- Experience with JIRA.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with MS Project.
Certifications :
- PMP certification is desirable.
