KCG is seeking to expand our Enterprise Architecture team supporting multiple agencies including Joint Staff, Military Sealift Command, and Army customers.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze requirements, procedures, and constraints as part of mission analysis to develop integrated solution sets.
- Participate in risk mitigation planning.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on mission analysis and plans development.
- Facilitate data collection workshops with subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with operators and Project Leads to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
- Conduct regular reviews of systems and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
- Structure and prioritize business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
Qualifications :
- Active Security Clearance.
- BA / BS degree in related field.
- Operational Staff experience (Joint Staff, COCOM, Service HQ).
- Critical thinking ability.
- Strong problem-solving capacity.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data visualization tools.
- Enterprise Architecture experience desired.
- US Citizen.
