Hill International is seeking an IT Technical Specialist II in Los Angeles, California
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Identifies, investigates, and resolves users problems with computer software and hardware.
- Fields support calls, chat, email, and / or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns in order to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Implement new software and hardware installation as required, including analysis of software and hardware usage and recommendations for implementation / improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Relevant Professional Licensure & Certifications preferred.
- 10 years or more of experience in similar technical support role.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $99,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
