Years of Experience :
3-6 years of related experience
Degree or Certification :
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience trumps the degree.

Role
The Data Engineer II occupies a unique role at the intersection of technology, marketing, finance, statistics, data mining, and social science.
We provide the key insight into customer behavior necessary to guide the evolution of business strategy.
we are looking for a data engineer to extract, transform, clean, and load AR financial data into a data lake and make it available to software and business intelligence engineers for serving finance, leadership, compliance, and other stakeholders.
We seek candidates who are passionate about data analysis and data-driven decision-making, uncompromisingly detail oriented, smart, efficient, and driven to help our business succeed by providing key insights that translate into action.
You will meet with business owners to formulate key questions, leverage AR's vast Data Warehouse, lake and source transactional systems to extract and analyze relevant data, and present your findings and recommendations to management in an actionable way.
Responsibilities :
- Work on complex finance and supply chain data sources from Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) and Agile PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) systems along with secondary sources like Coupa.
- Define the database architecture for a scalable data lake and make clean, validated, and readily usable financial data available for mandatory financial reporting, cost tracking and near real time organizational finance health
- Develop pipelines with native technology on AWS and build repeatable and scalable processes
- Design and build operationally excellent data pipelines by striking the right balance between infrastructure cost, system complexity, and customer use cases.
