A boutique investment firm in San Diego is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support their Investor Relations team and their ever-evolving business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, traditional administrative responsibilities and familiarity with investor relations.
The firm culture is great and they offer competitive compensation packages! This position requires an in-office presence 5 days per week.
Responsibilities :
- Support investor relations team with traditional administrative responsibilities
- Plan detailed travel arrangements
- Coordinate investor meetings, prepare meeting materials / conduct research
- Manage the firm CRM system with detailed notes / research
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-10 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Creative problem solver
- Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
