We are looking for a dedicated professional who is reliable, detail-oriented, and always prioritizes customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, solves problems efficiently, and adapts well to changing situations, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

This position will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, communicating with customers, and working closely with our Sales Team to ensure jobs are ready to install.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Dependability is a must
  • Proven leadership experience in a team and individual environment
  • Previous experience in office administration, or similar role, 1-3 years required
  • Bubbly personality
  • Eagerness to learn and be apart of a growing team

Skills and Abilities :

  • Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) applications for various administrative and collaborative tasks
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Experience in dispatching teams
  • Experience using Job Nimbus is preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate over the phone, through email, and in-person
  • Proficiency using office equipment (printers, computers, iPads, etc)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Effective organizational, time management and planning skills
  • Consistently work at a productive pace
  • Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
