We’re looking to hire a Media Management Associate for a major entertainment studio.
Our client is seeking a highly organized Media Management Associate with exceptional multitasking and communication skills.
This role is perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, work well independently and as part of our client's team, and possess excellent technical communication skills.
This is a full-time 12-month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The application deadline is Friday, October 18th, 2024.
Media Management Associate Responsibilities :
- Establish, manage, and grow strong relationships with content providers on behalf of Marketing
- Acquire show deliverables and handle ad hoc requests to spec
- Troubleshoot file delivery and formatting issues
- Collaborate with Marketing Creatives on daily media requests and priorities
- Coordinate the capture of live feed and off-air network recordings
- Maintain file base Media library, media security, and oversee media retention
- Input and update Show metadata and delivery info on Internal Marketing database
- Onboard and manage external user accounts on media and delivery platforms
Media Management Associate Requirements :
- 3+ years of Marketing / Broadcast / Production / Post-Production experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Excel, Teams, Notetaking, Outlook
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills
- Ability to juggle different projects in various degrees of completion simultaneously
- Effective time management skills
Media Management Associate Preferred Qualifications :
- 5+ years of Marketing / Broadcast / Production / Post-Production experience
- Familiarity with our client's content and an appreciation for the brand
- Solid account management and finance skills
- Basic knowledge of rights management
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members
Education : Bachelor's degree
Candidates must be comfortable using MAC and have an understanding of video editing and database software. Experience with calendar management and project tracking will be highly regarded.
