Position : Junior Proposal Writer (Fresher)

Working Hours : 6 : 00 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST

Work Location : 100% Remote

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

As a Junior Proposal Writer, you will support the team in creating persuasive and well-structured proposals to help secure new business opportunities.

This entry-level position is designed for a fresher with strong English writing skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in the IT and public sector domains.

You will work under the guidance of experienced proposal writers and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in writing, editing, and formatting proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Collaborate with the proposal team to gather and organize necessary information and insights.
• Help in developing visuals, charts, and graphics to enhance the presentation of proposals.
• Support in maintaining a library of proposal content, templates, and reusable material.
• Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and company guidelines in all proposals.
• Learn and apply best practices in proposal writing, documentation, and project management.
• Assist in managing multiple proposals and ensuring timely submission.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for proposal development.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates welcome)
• Skills :
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn IT concepts and industry terminology.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Basic research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to grow in the field.
