Gastro Health is seeking a Lead CRNA to provide outstanding leadership to our anesthesia team and exceptional anesthesia care to our endoscopy patients at the Outpatient Center of Boynton Beach.

Location : 2351 S Seacrest Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL

Schedule : 4-day workweek, 10-hour days - no nights, no weekends, no holidays

As a CRNA at Gastro Health, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective anesthesia care to our patients during endoscopic procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Assess patients' medical history, current health status, and anesthesia needs to develop an appropriate anesthesia plan.
• Administer medications, fluids, and anesthesia according to established protocols and professional guidelines.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, anesthesia levels, and response to anesthesia during the procedure.
• Collaborate with the medical team, including gastroenterologists and nurses, to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up instructions.

Qualifications :

• Valid and unrestricted CRNA license in the state of Florida.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Ability to supervise and guide a team of CRNAs, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and ensure safe and efficient anesthesia care delivery
• Excellent clinical assessment skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the medical team and ensure patient comfort.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
