- Audit and validate data
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure onboarding is complete
- Prepare reports
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote position.
Required Qualifications :
- Bilingual Spanish - preferred
- Experience working with I9 process
- Great Customer Service and phone presence
- 2-3 years experience in analyzing and reporting data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid work history in HR / Onboarding on resume
- Well organized, self starter
- Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to create a productive remote work space
- Typing 40+ WPM
- Excel and Word proficiency
