Personal Care Aide Job Summary :

Touching Hearts at Home - Omaha is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Omaha, Nebraska.

The Personal Care Aide will provide essential personal care services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others and to be a part of a supportive and caring team.

Compensation & Benefits :

The compensation for this role is $15-$18 per hour, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities :

Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
Provide medication reminders and assistance with self-administration
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and changing bed linens
Accompany clients to appointments and on outings
Maintain documentation of care provided and report any changes in client's condition to supervisors
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements :

Prior experience in personal care or a related field is preferred but not required
Must be able to pass a background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
