Salary :
Regal Behavior Solutions is an ABA (applied behavior analysis) agency. We provide behavior therapy to individuals age 3 to adulthood who are diagnosed with autism or other diagnoses.
Teaching them new skills and behaviors and help reduce maladaptive behaviors.
Behavior Technician
Behavior Technicians provide school, home, and community-based therapy support services. Children and adults with developmental disabilities are the primary population supported by the Behavior Technicians.
The Behavior Technicians implements plan of care developed by the Behavior Analyst, behavior technicians are the driving force of progress and meaningful outcomes of all the clients we serve.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Receive training on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for each consumer on their case load.
- Communicate regularly with the Behavior Analyst.
- Implement the BIP in all relevant settings.
- Attend meetings regarding consumer’s behavior services as necessary.
- Conduct quality 1 : 1 ABA therapy to clients in a home-based setting.
- Implement ABA treatment programs as written by the BCBA.
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan utilizing data collection software.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by Regal Behavior Solutions.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals.
- Build continuous rapport

Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma at a minimum
- Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disorders and / or delays.
- Sensitivity in working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population of children.
- Ability to remain calm and neutral in challenging situations with clients.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Current and valid CPR certification.
- Successful background clearance and reference checks.
