Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 + Relocation + Bonus!

Our client is a luxury hotel in Chicago who offers a superior and distinctive array of amenities and services, including phenomenal dining experiences, seasonal pop-ups, and elegant event spaces.
The hotel is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary team in one of it’s prestigious outlets, bringing innovation and excellence to its diverse dining options.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer’s expectations
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence
- Create and develop menus to reflect the restaurant concepts
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork
- Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded
Executive Chef Requirements :
- 6+ years experience in culinary leadership, preferably within a hotel
- Ability to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment
- Union experience a must!
- A well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team members
- Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
