Licensed Associate Director of Virtual Programs

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Virtual Adult Evening Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee quality of care in virtual PHP and IOP programs and manage a clinical team of therapists

Conduct patient intakes, assess progress, and guide discharge planning to ensure continuity of care

Engage in program development, coordinate community outreach, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist or Masters Level Clinician (LCPC or LCSW)

Clinical experience in assessments and therapy (individual, family, or group)

Knowledge of group dynamics and experience with CBT and DBT

Experience in program development and supervision of therapists

Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
