Our client, a growing, successful, mid-sized privately held organization with 700+ employees, is seeking a highly ambitious and self-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruiting strategy and team.
This role, based in the Kenilworth, NJ area, is crucial for ensuring the organization attracts top-tier talent to join their expanding industry-leading team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, this newly created position will oversee a five-person recruiting team that runs high volume exempt and non-exempt staffing, while managing their own executive searches, and collaborating closely with senior leaders across all departments to align recruiting efforts with the company’s growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of recruitment experience with at least 5+ years leading a team of direct reports.
Demonstrated track record of success designing recruitment process and strategy, utilizing metrics and analytics to drive meaningful decisions, managing impactful projects like employer branding, retention, employee value proposition, overseeing social media tools, etc.
are critical. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite in NJ and travel to their mid-town NYC offices 3 times / month.
