ABOUT THE POSITION :
As a Partner in Audit specializing in Architecture Engineering andConstruction you will be responsible for leading and managing auditengagements for clients within the AEC group.
You will leverageyour financial acumen industry knowledge and leadership skills toensure the delivery of highquality audit services.
The rolerequires collaboration with crossfunctional teams effective clientcommunication and staying abreast of industry trends andregulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead and manage audit engagements forArchitecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) clients ensuringcompliance with auditing standards and regulations.
Oversee and review audit work papers financial statements andrelated reports.
Cultivate and maintain strong clientrelationships acting as a trusted advisor in financialmatters.
Understand clients business objectives andprovide insights to improve financial performance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to audit teams ensuring thedelivery of highquality services.
Collaborate with otherpartners and managers to foster a collaborative and efficientworking environment.
Identify and assess risksassociated with AEC engagements developing strategies to mitigatethese risks.
Ensure compliance with auditing standardsregulatory requirements and firm policies.
Activelyparticipate in business development activities including clientacquisition and relationship building.
Identifyopportunities for expanding services to existing clients andpursuing new business opportunities within the AECgroup.
Maintain a commitment to quality and excellencein audit services.
Conduct reviews of audit work papersand reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to professionalstandards.
Qualifications : Education :
Education :
Bachelors degree (BA / BS) in AccountingFinance or a related field.
Experience :
12 yearsof extensive experience in auditing with a focus on ArchitectureEngineering and Construction (AEC) clients.
Strongunderstanding of financial reporting accounting principles andregulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Proven abilityto manage multiple engagements and deadlinessimultaneously.
