Weare seeking an Audit Partner specializing in ArchitectureEngineering and Construction (AEC) you will lead and manage auditengagements for clients within the AEC group.
Leveraging yourfinancial acumen industry knowledge and leadership skills you willensure the delivery of highquality audit services.
This roledemands collaboration with crossfunctional teams effective clientcommunication and staying updated
on industrytrends andregulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead and manage audit engagements for AEC clients ensuringcompliance with auditing
standards andregulations.
Oversee and review audit workpapers financial statements and relatedreports.
Cultivate and maintain strongclient relationships acting as a trusted advisor in financialmatters.
Understand clients businessobjectives and provide insights to improve financialperformance.
Provide guidance and mentorshipto audit teams ensuring the delivery of highqualityservices.
Collaborate with other partnersand managers to foster a collaborative and efficientworking
environment.
Identify and assess risks associated with AEC engagementsdeveloping strategies to mitigate
theserisks.
Ensure compliance with auditingstandards regulatory requirements and firmpolicies.
Actively participate in businessdevelopment activities including client acquisitionand
relationshipbuilding.
Identify opportunities forexpanding services to existing clients and pursuing newbusiness
opportunities within the AECgroup.
Maintain a commitment to quality andexcellence in audit services.
Conductreviews of audit work papers and reports to ensure accuracy andadherence to
professionalstandards.
QUALIFICATIONS : Education :
Education :
Bachelor s degree (BA / BS) in Accounting Finance or a relatedfield.
CPA certification isrequired.
Experience :
12 years of extensive experience in auditing with a focus on AECclients.
Strong understanding of financialreporting accounting principles and regulatoryrequirements.
Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlinessimultaneously.
Compensation :
Competitive annual salary in the range of $250000 to $500000 basedon individual s
experiencelevel.
