Overview

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Law Attorney to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling employment matters—particularly those involving harassment, workplace assault, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while growing your career with a collaborative and highly skilled legal team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including harassment, workplace assault, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.
• Provide compassionate and strategic legal counsel to clients navigating sensitive and high-stakes matters.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients before the EEOC, NLRB, DOL, and other relevant agencies.
• Draft and review employment agreements, workplace policies, handbooks, and severance agreements.
• Conduct internal investigations and compliance audits for employer clients.
• Stay current with evolving labor and employment law trends and changes.
